Those of you who are paying attention (and actually care about my attempts at writing), will have noticed that i finally managed an update about two weeks ago after an absoloutely horrendous 7 month wait (7 months! 7!)
I don't think i can apologise enough for that wait. It actually got to the point where i had people asking i'd given up on it or put it on hiatus, so just to clear it all up - NO, Written In Sand is most definately NOT on Hiatus, nor have i given up on it.
Somewhere in this world there is a person you all need to thank for sending the review on FF.net that hit me in the face with enough metaphorical bricks to wake me up and make me write something. Finally. Unfortunately, that person reviewed anonymously and before you go running off to FF.net to read it - i deleted it due to it's content as i didn't want other people reporting them.
Chapter 17 is now alive and kicking, as i started on that yesterday, and i'm determined to avoid another rediculously long wait between posting. I'm still shaking off the remains of my writers block, but i'm hopeful that it will clear away completely once i get into the chapter.
So.... uh... i suppose i best start writing then. ^.^

p.s. hey have u ever thought of sending these chapters in to a publisher? just make a book out of it! well u might want to change the names of the characters. unless u get clearence to use the original names that is. any way so consider it and i cant wait till the next chapter!!!!! please hurry!

Ps: No, never considered it. If i was to publish anything it would require me to be a much better writer than i am at the moment. I can use other people characters and create a story, but making my own and forming personailites is something i struggle with.
